When you use the receipt scanning feature, the App requests access to your device camera. Receipt images are processed locally on your device for expense data extraction. Images are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.
You can revoke camera access at any time in your device's Settings.
Pitacca may send you push notifications for bill payment reminders and budget alerts. You can manage or disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings → Notifications → Pitacca.
Pitacca is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

To delete all your data, you may also delete your account directly from the App under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
